Well my first post, wow kinda scary
Well lets see, this blog will talk about what I do in the kitchen; including storys, recipes, successes falures, all that kind of stuff.
I love to cook and have been cooking all my life. I've been apart of a student ran catering company called Savvy Tyro for 4 years, I've competed in culinary contests, Planed caterings, and I have an expancisve knowlege of food.
Two years ago I went to thailand and took cooking Classes, Asian cooking is my specialty.
SO this is a lame kick off to my blog but i gotta go to the kitchen and cook.
